Aeroclub Group is centred around creating spaces that blend with their natural environment and create a meeting place for the community. Aeroclub counts with a flight school, yoga centre as well as restaurant & cocktail bar - Funky Pizza - in the Empordà area close to Barcelona.

Brief.

Establish Aeroclub Group as the go-to leisure destination brand in Costa Brava.

Challenge.

As with all seasonal business, Aeroclub Group faces the challenge of generating all yearly revenues in a 3 months period during the summer holiday season, all this whilst facing fierce  competition from competing hospitality leisure brands in the area.


Solution.

To create a unique aspirational lifestyle brand with a distinctive character to attract customers whilst distinctively differentiating from the vast variety of competing leisure business. To ensure a broad outreach of potential target customers whilst maintaining brand loyalty of existing clients.

All communication contents are coherent and aimed towards positioning Aeroclub Group as a premium yet carefree brand that welcomes everyone, from families to sunset lovers.


Results.

Developed an integrated communication strategy across all channels - in person & digital - to ensure brand coherence, whilst successfully promoting weekly events, maintaining high engagement - 90% opening rate in weekly newsletter - and record revenue streams - pre-sale  of 3000 online tickets for Sant Joan Party and a waiting list for dinner and lunch reservations.
